1General provisions

This User Agreement («Agreement») governs use of lider.school, request forms, the Telegram bot and the mobile application of Leader Driving School (the «Service»). Using the Service means you accept these terms.

2Scope of the Agreement

The Service allows you to obtain information about driving school services, submit a request or book a consultation, upload documents online, and interact with the AI assistant and Telegram bot. The Service is an information platform. A training contract is concluded separately after manager confirmation.

3Use of the site

Prohibited:

• Submitting knowingly false personal data
• Automated bulk sending of requests (bot traffic)
• Attempting unauthorised access to Service systems
• Uploading files containing malicious software

4Information about driving school services

All information on the site (prices, durations, categories, programmes) is informational and does not constitute a public offer under Ukrainian law. Final service terms are confirmed by a manager and recorded in a contract.

5Requests, consultations and feedback

A submitted request is an enquiry for a consultation or enrolment. It is not a contract and does not guarantee enrolment without manager confirmation. Responses are provided during business hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00).

6Document uploads

By uploading documents you confirm:

• You have the right to transmit those documents
• The documents do not contain third-party personal data without consent
• You have read the Privacy Policy at /privacy

7Pricing, durations and accuracy of information

Prices shown are indicative. Final cost is confirmed by a manager and may vary depending on:

• Region and chosen branch
• Current promotions or discounts
• Training conditions: duration, format, number of practical hours

8Limitation of liability

The Administrator is not liable for:

• Technical failures or unavailability of the site or API
• Inaccuracy or outdatedness of site information
• Actions of third parties (messengers, payment systems, Google)
• Indirect damages related to using the Service

9User rights and obligations

You are obliged to:

• Provide accurate contact details
• Not violate third-party rights
• Comply with these terms and Ukrainian law

10Administrator rights and obligations

The Administrator is obliged to:

• Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Respond to user requests within a reasonable time
• Implement reasonable measures to protect data

11Intellectual property

All site materials are owned by Leader Driving School or used on lawful grounds. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12External links

The site may contain links to third-party resources. The Administrator is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13Personal data and privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy at /privacy. By submitting a form you consent to processing of your personal data as described therein.

14Changes to terms

The current version is always available at /terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law. Pre-trial resolution is mandatory: [email protected]. If pre-trial resolution is not possible, the dispute is referred to a competent court.
